To place an order, means you accept these terms and conditions
Payment
All prices are in Great British Pounds GBP
We accept payment via Credit or Debit Cards.
Postage
UK orders only - £3.00 flat rate, no matter how much or how little you buy.
Orders over £40.00 postage free. INTERNATIONAL orders - Please contact me for a shipping quote, your order will not be processed unless you have paid the correct shipping fee.
Lost items/Delays - Royal Mail will not class anything as lost until 15 working days after the postage date. Please wait 15 working days before contacting me to say that your order has not arrived.
Returns
Should you find your item in an unsatisfactory condition, you may return the item in its original packaging and un-used condition, within 14 days. We will then offer you a replacement or credit the amount minus postage costs to your account, for use on future purchases. If you are requiring a replacement, please note that these will not be sent out to you until the unsatisfactory items have been returned to us.
The cost of returning an item is your responsibility. We also suggest obtaining a free certificate of posting from the post office.
Stock
We try to keep this website upto date as much as possible, but should you order something that is out of stock, you will be given a full refund. Please note we dont put anything on back order.
Colours
All items are photographed in natural light, and we try to depict the true colour as much as is possible, but please remember that computer monitors vary.
